Overview​

Digital document signing within DocuDesk, supporting both internal (ambtelijke) and external (burger/ketenpartner) signing flows. Required by 76% of analyzed Dutch government tenders.

Status: Proposed​

This feature is planned but not yet implemented.

  • Sequential and parallel multi-signer flows
  • eIDAS-compliant signature levels (SES, AdES, QES)
  • PDF-embedded signatures (PAdES)
  • Trusted timestamps (RFC 3161)
  • Integration with Procest case management
  • ValidSign integration for qualified signatures
  • Signing request expiration handling
